Какой потрясающий бред. "Я люблю Америку, за то что там можно посадить человека на 150 лет". Что у автора в голове творится, рассматривать надо всю судебную систему, а по этой системе могут посадить кого угодно и когда угодно. На счет " Суд должен исходить из того, сколько лет нужно человеку хлебать баланду, чтобы исправиться" надо заметить что в США и других странах люди сидят по нескольку раз очень часто. Не очень то тюрьма исправляет. Возможно, если посадить на месяц за мелкое воровство, то человеку больше не захочется и реально не станет воровать снова. Но, например, если человек убил 1 раз, то у него уже нет психологического стопора сделать это еще раз. Выйдет такой из тюрьмы любой страны и опять сорвется при случае.

Не в одной стране нет лечащего правосудия, главная задача спасти общество от мерзавцев, а не вылечить их.

И США не исключение. И продолжают убивать, насиловать и торговать наркотой во всех городах.

В России действительно суд часто выносит слишком мягкое по меркам общества решение. Но еще 5-10 лет и это так же прекратиться.

ИМХО, Если учится судебной системе, то лучше у Китая, чем США.
