June 7, 2010, Steve Jobs publicly confirmed that the iPhone 4 will contain the A4 Processor, although it is not yet known if it has the same frequency, bus width, or caches as the A4 found in the iPad (у которого таки 1ГГц). Есть подозрения, что в айфоне-4 частота может быть меньше (600).
