A: This is a rumor / question that will never die...No, you can't. I think back in the early 90's there were two or three machines in Tokyo that did. These were to cater to dirty old men who had a high school girl fetish.
Such things have since be banned and are no longer available. You can still get hot French fries out of machines though.
